Return Policy for Non-Fabric & Custom Products

We offer a 7-day return policy for all non-fabric and custom-made products, meaning you may request a return within 7 days upon receiving your items.

To qualify for a return, goods must be resalable, with all original tags intact and unremoved, free of obvious signs of wear (including stains, damage, perfume odours or severe creases), and returned in original packaging. You are also required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the final right to inspect the condition of returned goods.

If you request a return for personal reasons (such as a change of mind or ill-fitting size), you shall bear the full cost of return shipping. If the return is caused by defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the shipping fee. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can assess and resolve the issue accordingly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Cut fabrics and customised products (e.g. special orders or personalised goods) cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any doubts about specific items.

Regrettably, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain your desired item is to return the current product. Once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned goods to confirm whether your refund application is approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Kindly note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time to release the refund.
